Currently, "In My Pocket" stores all data locally on your device without sending it to cloud services or external servers. This approach ensures maximum privacy, but as you noted, presents challenges for backup.
I'm already working on the next major feature: an encrypted export/import system that will allow users to create secure backups of their data and transfer them between devices. This feature will maintain the app's privacy philosophy while still allowing you to protect your data against potential loss.
