Our Terms of Service clearly outline that users retain ownership of their ideas under 100% confidentiality until they are sold, and we encourage them to treat sensitive details with discretion. We also have automated moderation safeguards to flag potential plagiarism, along with experts reviewing every idea and supporting docs before they are posted to the site. We're also developing features like optional watermarking and tools to easily connect users with IP protection resources.
