This is not very helpful and doesn't say anything about the product. The site is up now, and if it was down when you tried it, just tell the makers so they can fix it instead of adding a review.

Here's my latest project (http://icodedis.tool.cards) to discover & vote on your favorite open-source projects. I made this because the "Explore" section on GitHub is too broad, and wanted to provide a way for indie developers to announce their new repos.
We're also working on shipping some new features very soon!
- user submission management
- categories and collections
- now/recent/featured timeframe clarification
- integration with other open-source communities (ie: GitLab);
