I like how simple the tool is. Doesn't have a bunch of features and endless navigation. In fact, that's the major reason I use them both to manage my client's project and get paid. Sometimes, I search for work on their Marketplace. There aren't too many jobs in the Marketplace but the few on there are of good quality. Better to have a few good-paying contract work than thousands of jobs offering peanuts.
