@noelle_w Thank you Noelle! A few tips: 1. Right now all of our experts are U.S. based so requesting instant sessions between 6a-9p PT would be the best way to get an expert onscreen in minutes! If for whatever reason you don't get matched instantly, you can always schedule a call as well :) 2. Describe your problem well! Our experts are all highly vetted and qualified and our system does the best job of matching your request with their respective skill sets. 3. Let us know how things go! We are always looking to improve UI/UX, increase the tools we help with and make sure every interaction is truly magical for both our customers and experts. @noelle_w To add to some of the great points @aamirl gave: 1. Make sure that you have all the needed logins to platforms so the expert can investigate the full funnel if needed. Even if you only want to look at Google Ads, it's useful to look at Google Analytics too or Zapier or any other tools you may have integrated with it. 2. Have a testing procedure in place. If you are an e-commerce company for instance, have an internal discount code or a test credit card so you can do test purchases with the expert in real time and troubleshoot if needed. 3. If you choose to, you can record the session and rewatch it later so you don't miss any good tips.
