@_jacksmith Hi Jack, thanks for the compliment! In answer to your question: Next to the option to add custom questions for every job, you can also add a custom assignment. (for example: https://agency.homerun.hr/busine...) One of the things on our to-do list is to extend these possibilities with other services, like video interview. This will depend on what companies using Homerun would like.

@_jacksmith Great to read in your post that we both have had the same problems as starting points :) Would love to hear what your learnings were from the video applications. I can imagine there is also some best practice for that.

@thomasmoes I just used the tool that I suggested in the video (mailvu), as whilst others have better user experience - they often get very costly.
