After many years of helping non-European immigrants find work and settle in Ireland, I realized it was a two-way problem. On the other hand, recruiters were overwhelmed with a lack of information or were only able to search for candidates based on "skill" filters on different job boards. A lot of time and energy was wasted on this process. Congratulations on the launch🚀🚀🚀, As a non-EU citizen, I completely understand the struggle of finding the right job for yourself. It's great to see a platform that not only helps both employers and job seekers, but also saves time by eliminating the need for endless CV submissions. Small suggestions: - In the Job Experience section on the website, It's a bit hard to understand that you need to click on the text to open the input fields. Adding an edit icon next to the move icon would make it more user-friendly and easier to understand how to add experiences. - The back button on the preferences page is hard to see due to its color, perhaps you can adjust the color for a better readability.
