ā Why did I create Hire Hornet?
While working at a startup recently and having to hire quickly, our team was making hiring decisions on the fly. We would all interview candidates separately, then get on a Zoom call and make a decision.
We didn't have specific skills or competencies that we were judging candidates against, leading to multiple bad hires and implicit bias making its way into hiring decisions.
Hire Hornet provides a clean platform to resolve these issues!
