Hire a recently laid off OYO employee: Find recently laid off OYO employees looking for a new job

A week ago, OYO laid off up to 2400 employees across India. The layoffs were mostly across the Sales, BizDev and Ops functions. Lots of folks stepped in and helped out on LinkedIn. When we at Springworks (previously SpringRole) read about it, we decided to do something for the affected employees. I remembered the time from Uber's Marketing team layoffs last year when the employees organized together to share their profiles on Twitter. So, last Friday (Jan 17), Springworks decided to do this campaign for ex-OYO employees. I set up a Google Form for ex-OYO employees to fill up their details, and then shared the form on both LinkedIn and Twitter. The response has been just amazing.
