hey everyone!
i built heycustomer because i was tired of annoying, aggressive popups that ruin the user experience. websites should feel like a real store — assistants show up when needed, but they don’t follow you around.
what’s different? heycustomer adds simple, message-style popups your visitors actually like. no full-screen banners, no overlays — just clean notifications that respect your users.
this is my first micro-saas, fully built using ai tools like chatgpt, bolt, and cursor. would love your feedback!
@ayeshaakram Good question, Ayesha! Right now we don’t have built-in tracking or detailed analytics, but those features are landing in about a month. Thanks for the support! 🚀
Popups that don’t annoy users? That’s a win. Clean idea, quick setup, and focused on conversions, excited to see how it performs in the wild. Congrats on the launch!
It’s so refreshing to see popups that actually engage users. How do you determine if a popup sparks curiosity or just gets overlooked?

How customizable is the design? Can I tailor the popups to fit my brand’s tone and colors or are they more template-based?
@scytalelabs_marketing right now there’s no design customization yet — keeping it simple for early mvp stage.
but yes, it’s on the roadmap for the next update.
my focus now is validating the core idea and shaping the roadmap based on feedback from early users like you.
appreciate your input
