Hey Hunters 👋 It’s Alex here, CPO and Co-Founder at Hasty. Today, I’m excited to share Hasty with all of you! Why did we build this? We built Hasty after experiencing the frustration of AI development firsthand, building vision AI solutions for a wide variety of companies in Germany. We concluded that the technology works, but the tooling and the processes for getting the most out of vision AI do not. The result is that many AI projects fail before reaching production (87%, according to Gartner). The problems we solve Model-centric development doesn’t work - We’ve seen a lot of projects where data was a secondary consideration. But even the fanciest models won’t work on bad data. Automation doesn’t scale - Creating clean ground truth data is a lot of manual work. Most approaches to automating it don’t scale – making data labeling and curation a slow and costly endeavor. AI teams are stuck in slow development cycles - We’ve seen many teams spending tens of thousands of Euros labeling huge datasets before training their first model, just to realize they used the wrong data strategy and then need to redo everything. AI tools don't play nice with each other - The ML and MLOps spaces are full of tools, software, and platforms for you to use. Stitching them together into a "Frankensuite" of tools is a pain, and teams end up spending most of their time on integrations instead of improving their data and models. How we solve those problems We provide a unified data-centric platform - In Hasty, you start with the data, and in the same tool you can train and deploy your models, allowing you to get to production more reliably and faster. We automate 90% of the manual work - We automate labeling the data using models trained on your data, our tools ensure that it’s clean, and you can customize and deploy the models easier than ever before. From day one, we give you feedback - While you annotate, we constantly train models for you that then assist you in the labeling process, providing you the insights you need to optimize your data strategy. No need to write integrations - you get the end-to-end solution out-of-the-box in a slick UI so you can focus on what matters! Who loves Hasty? Hasty is being used and loved by 15,000 users from across the world. We have helped enterprises, start-ups, and research institutions bring vision AI into production. And while doing so, we’ve trained over 120,000 models. We hope you’ll give us a try for your next vision AI project and welcome all feedback!

Hi, I was really excited about the service when I came across it a few months ago and really love all the work your team has done on this. It has really simplified a lot of processes of us. However being from a no programming background the biggest challenge for us was to be able to upload our existing image and annotation dataset on your platform. As you do not currently support importing regular formats such as VOC and COCOjson import. We had to find a developer who could convert our annotation dataset into your proprietary Import format. So it would be great if you can support importing regular annotation formats or ability to convert existing formats to yours on the website.

@hmmkthxbai This is very fair feedback. COCO is currently something we're looking at implementing, so hopefully, we can solve that issue in the near future. And thanks for the nice words!
