I think a lot of different businesses could us Harpsen for their CRM, but some certain tools are catered to wedding planners such as vendor comparison (compare quotes and select who you want), vendor payment plans for clients (build out the clients payment schedule to each vendor which auto creates tasks for those clients and alerts them), client budgeting which is linked to vendor payment plans to help the client and yourself to stay on track, etc. Currently, we are focused on the wedding industry as a whole because that’s what we know, but I think it could be used in a lot of other business as well.
