A few months ago, I launched a small experiment called HALF/BAKED. Since then, the idea has evolved and taken on a clearer shape. Today, I’m excited to reintroduce it as Uplogr, a simple social changelog platform that helps you: share updates, maintain a public changelog (Pro) Collect feedback, run polls, build & share questionnaires and host a knowledge base. I created HALF/BAKED because building something new, especially from scratch, can feel lonely and chaotic. Is the leaderboard based on how often someone shares or how much feedback they get? I love the idea of friendly motivation while building. Sometimes just seeing other people keep going gives me the push I need. this looks like a smart way to stay active and engaged.
