I've been journalling daily for more than a year now, thanks to habitmon's help.

Habit tracking is important to create long lasting and positive changes. Many studies show a correlation between tracking your habits physically (journal, app, etc) and meeting your goals.

This app is limited to Telegram only? Do you plan to integrate it with messenger or slack?

@namtran_wd Good question! Yes right now it's limited to Telegram only. I am still deciding whether to integrate it with messenger, or create an independent mobile app for this.

@newvicklee it would be great if there is an watch app. It more convenient to track and response on a watch.
