I spent hours on Product Hunt everyday. What fascinates me more than the product is how they craft their homepage and onboarding flows. This is what converts traffic to a user. This is what separates high user retention vs low retention products. So, I decided that I want to level up my marketing and growth skills, by doing one thing: studying homepages and onboarding flows of top products launched on Product Hunt. I want to learn the hard way. I want to grow 1% each post. So if you want to grow steadily with me, subscribe and join my journey! To force myself to really deep dive into this, I created this newsletter to document my journey. My posts include nothing but my take and learnings on each component of the homepage and onboarding flow. From tagline to product visuals. I take dozens of screenshots and recordings to call out interesting marketing tactics used. Here are a few companies I wrote about that launched recently: 1. Jobright.ai 2. folk. 3. Telescope.ai In the future, I'm hoping to interview marketers and designers to learn how they've improved their homepages and onboarding flows over time, what has moved metrics for them and anything else they learned along the way.
