With GoodQuestion, handwritten interview notes are a thing of the past. Not only can interview panel members collaborate on what questions to ask, they can share candidate notes and scores to make selecting the best candidate for a role a breeze.
Hi ProductHunt,
My name is Tristan and I have created a note taking & collaboration tool specifically designed for panel interviews.
I have always thought it was mad that for most panel interview, the interviewer handwrites notes and at the end of the interview, attempts to collaborate with fellow panel members to land on a score for the candidate. The process is inefficient, open to abuse and doesn't scale.
The app is simple, it allows panel members to:
π‘ Invite colleagues to be part of a panel interview;
π‘ Add candidates and record the notes of an interview;
π‘ Share interviewer notes and candidate scores;
π‘ Collaborate on questions for the interview, and
π‘ Gain insights from an AI assistant to suggest interview questions.
Our closed beta testers have already told us:
β Saves time collating notes after the interview has finished;
β Makes moderating scores a breeze; and
β Works just as well for in-person as well as remote interviews.
I'd love to you know your thoughts and I'll be around to answer any questions.

Thanks,

I thought I would add that I am happy to be asked anything. I know there are a number of founders who are watching from the sidelines with their launch imminent. Happy to answer questions, even if they are not related to GoodQuestion.io
@sebastianroehl Thank you! I wrote a blog on IndieHackers regarding the lead up to launch. TLDR: Its been a wild ride and I am very grateful for the help from the community. (https://www.indiehackers.com/pro...)
@maria_yermolenko Thank you. I was standing on the beach of all places and realised during a job interview, I say this a lot haha. Its funny how ideas come to you in the most random places.
