t's been a while since I have worked with BTW, and thus far, I have had a very bad experience. First, on the day they were to come, they went to the wrong address, making them 40 minutes late and causing my client to miss our window of opportunity to get any sunlight. Then, when the individual arrived, he told me that he was a contractor with BTW, and I had specifically requested someone who was experienced and worked for them. The individual who came was a pet photographer, and I'm guessing thats why our pictures were of C quality. The pictures that were delivered were supposed to have been True Fusion photos, but they definately were not, and I could't even get in touch with them to discuss it. I contacted them via email 3 times and am yet to hear anything from them. The photographer was taking pictures with trucks in the background that were parked in the street, and he said that I'd need to contact BTW to have them edited out - seriously??? I couldn't even get in touch with them to ask a single question - very unprofessional and inconsiderate. Also the pictures that were much darker than what I would have expected. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service, lack of professionalism, lack of the photographer's skill, and lack of overall concern for their client. At this point, I have cancelled my indoor shooting and will be using another photographer.
