@timwhite8 Hi Tim! Thanks for the question! The short answer is yes, they can. The long answer is that you need a bit of basic programming knowledge to make it happen but yes you can configure your widgets to be displayed when a site visitor performs a certain action on your website (for example, clicks a ‘contact me’ button, adds an item to cart, etc.). I've probably used 5-10 widget apps during the last 2+years for all my side projects, and it's always a hassle to find the ultimate one for my current project. Some are great for lead generation, some for chatting with your visitors, some for collecting feedback. But GetSiteControl has everything in one place (which in my opinion is worth a lot).
