Hi everyone 👋! My name is Arnold I am a strong believer in hiring people based on skill, not just talk 👌 My past job searches exposed my struggle with self-presentation. Despite knowing I have the skills, it's been frustrating to see opportunities slip away 💀 💡The idea behind Frontend Arena is to create a platform that gives every developer a fair shot at landing a frontend position or freelance gig. Also, it will allow developers to compete and learn from each other, seeing their strengths and weaknesses in action. The biggest winner in all of this is the design owner, who will witness their project come to life in real time🏆 The app is 2 weeks old and completely free to use ✅ I'm eager to hear your feedback! 🥺 Good luck on your entrepreneurial journey 🚀

@arnold_lambou Congratulations on the launch. Is this a platform for designers, right?
Arnold L.
Thank you @kostyadoronin , the app is for frontend developers looking for gigs or new positions and for company or person having a design ready to be implemented

Smart product ngl!...but bow does the Figma design competition platform ensure a seamless and fair process for developers to showcase their skills with pixel-perfect precision? Can you elaborate on the specific tools or mechanisms in place to evaluate and choose the winning designs, and how users can customize the bounties to align with their specific project requirements?

Thank you for your feedback @zayan_riyaz , Since the platform is currently focused on web app projects, we have a handy preview feature. This allows clients to test the responsiveness of the submitted implementation. While customization options are still under development, think of Frontend Arena as a streamlined Upwork for web app implementation. Developers submit proposals (in the form of finished code!) for fixed-price projects, including landing pages, complex components, and even multi-page sites. For now, developers will access read-only design files, fixed project prices, and the potential for direct hiring (if the client chooses their work).
