Frenzy

Hey everyone, We’re really excited about Frenzy 2.0 which includes a design update and a new feature called Dropzones. We think this can be a new way for retailers to activate product releases around the world, as well as reduce a lot of the friction in purchasing (and selling) products at events, concerts, and more. We envision a future where Dropzones can replace (or amplify) traditional popup or retail shops. For consumers, Dropzones are as simple as having Frenzy installed and being in the designated Dropzone before the countdown to the drop reaches zero. The sale will appear automatically in Frenzy once the user steps into the Dropzone, and when the sale unlocks, they can buy with Apple Pay using Touch ID. For retailers, setting up a Dropzone sale takes just a few clicks by dropping pins on a map in our backend – all powered by Shopify.
