Are you finding boring/time-consuming/error prone to convert each form response into a document and then share with different folks? The convert To PDF feature was designed to resolve the pain points.
By using the feature, you are able to generate the document template automatically based on your form questions. You can always to customize that based on your own preferences. Besides, the addon provides the flexibility of customizing the PDF file title and output folder.
An email with the generated PDF as the attachment was sent either responders or a selected list of email addresses.
