Followup Fish is an email service that reminds you to follow up on emails by bubbling them back to the top of your inbox. It works anywhere and requires no privacy-invasive browser extension or full access to your emails.

I recently made followup.fish as a way to remind myself what emails to follow up on. It's obviously helpful for sales outreach, but also for personal usage.
For example, whenever I reach out to support somewhere for a refund/question/whatever, I add 1week@followup.fish as a BCC on the email so I'm reminded to follow up a week later.
This way I don't need to set a reminder, or keep the email around in my inbox, etc. Followup Fish will automatically bubble up the email back to the top of my inbox.
Some email clients have similar functionality, but I find them hard to use. When I'm writing an email, I just want to be able to quickly write 1day@followup.fish or whatever, rather than having to hunt down for the right buttons, etc. Plus, I want it to work the same on all my devices and email clients.

The idea of using a BCC email to remind yourself to follow up is clever, it makes it easy to use across different email clients and devices.
Can you add a "repeat" option? Something like 1week+repeat@followup.fish so the tool will keep sending reminders unless I respond with "STOP".

Are the follow ups customizable based on the type of email I'm sending? I'd love to tailor my follow ups to specific types of emails 🤔.

@paolo_degiglio No, they aren't customizable. The "follow up" email is just for you. It bumps up the email thread back to the top of your email client, so you can then (manually) write a follow up email if you'd like to.
I've been experimenting with a different service to have AI write emails for you (send an email to start@draft.delivery to try it out). Maybe I can incorporate some of those ideas into followup.fish
