Great Idea! I was very excited and thought it was incredibly useful. I paid for a pro account and this has been my experience: Their support area returns a 404. They don't answer the phone number provided at the bottom of receipts. They haven't answered my emails for three days. It has been a horrible experience... I am now blocked on multiple tasks... after arguing it's usefulness to my company. - I cant generate the content after capturing on either Chrome or Edge (Ive tried on both Windows and mac) - I tried to do a work around and html capture....it won't generate the GIF. - I can't do the link or embedded video because they force a folio demo button at the top right of the video (you cant remove it unless you pay the highest tier) - who would even want that at the top of their video? it's wildly unprofessional looking. THIS IS WILDLY BAD SERVICE!
