This sounds like a great way to keep teams focused and aligned! I love how it tackles the struggle of managing multiple projects at once. Do you think it could also help with prioritizing tasks across epics, or is it more focused on tracking progress?
Focus Flow
@jonurbonas Thanks for your feedback! In my experience, when a team — or even an individual — has to jump between multiple epics at the same time, it really breaks the flow and focus. That’s precisely what this plugin aims to fix: it’s designed to help you finish one epic completely before starting another, which in turn boosts overall efficiency.
As for prioritizing tasks within an epic, I generally leave that decision to the team. When work is broken down into epics that last one to two weeks, the need to constantly re-prioritize within the epic diminishes, letting everyone focus more on progressing through the work rather than juggling priorities.
What do you think about this? How do you organize work for your team?

🚀 Congrats on launching Focus Flow! Managing epic progress and daily work in Jira can get messy, so having a clear, real-time visualization is a huge win for teams juggling multiple projects. Love the focus on streamlining communication—stakeholders and teams will definitely appreciate that!
Curious—does Focus Flow integrate with custom Jira workflows? And are there any upcoming features for automated reporting or progress forecasting? Looking forward to seeing how this evolves! 🔥🙌

@williamrobertscott Thanks for the support! Yes, our team extensively uses custom Jira workflows, and all epic statuses are displayed accordingly. Automated reporting isn’t on the roadmap yet, but I appreciate the idea — it could be valuable for some teams. As for progress forecasting, it’s one of the next modules I’d like to implement, with a strong focus on identifying potential risks.
