Thank you so much for your interest in our products and your support from the very first day! 💿 Backstory I’ve recently participated in the Shopify App Challenge and that’s where Flowio was conceived! With the original intention to support e-Commerce businesses through the BFCM season, I’ve come up with the idea of developing a marketing app that focuses mainly on two widely-used forms of communication: Email & SMS. As it’s time-consuming to send messages manually, that’s why Automation Marketing was derived from the idea to help merchants address those pain points. 💡 Flowio: From an instant idea to the comprehensive marketing solution We all know how to do marketing but making the most of it isn’t an easy feat. It’ll need to begin by engaging customers, then segmenting & nurturing them, and finally converting them into loyal customers. There’re several steps to go through and I knew that’s time for me and my team to dream bigger. We’ve added 2 more features so far to complete a basic shopping lifecycle: ✅ Pop-ups: help merchants collect more subscribers, enrich their contact list for further marketing activities. ✅ Live chat: a channel that assists merchants in providing timely support and making sales 24/7 during the big event. 💎 Our vision Opportunities come and go in the flash, and we know that our app will be useful in providing a seamless customer journey to merchants, getting the audience insights, reducing workload, and analyzing their marketing performances.
