@heyumarkhan Thanks a lot, Umar - yes, it has been a long, hard but rewarding journey :) To handpick talent, we have a pretty extensive process. 1. Start with reviewing their application and seeing if they actually have depth in their past work 2. There is technical coding test that everyone has to pass through 3. A live technical interview with our panel of interviewers Only those who get through these rounds join our talent network. For designers, we have a more subjective process at the moment of reviewing their portfolio and an interview call. Of course, even after they join the network, we review our talent's performance with clients :)
