Hey PH! We're Abhi and Sanket, co-founders of Fleek. Thank you to @gustaf for hunting us! Super excited to launch Fleek - a B2B wholesale marketplace for second-hand fashion. We enable retail stores and online resellers to buy from vintage clothing suppliers from around the world. What’s the problem? 🤔 Store-owners and resellers struggle to scalably and repeatedly source vintage clothing for their stores. This problem is exacerbated with a boom in demand for second-hand fashion. When store-owners need to buy inventory, they have to travel to distant warehouses, spend hours hunting at donation centers and estate sales, or scour instagram for brokers of vintage supply. Our wholesalers, who are spread across 8 countries, struggle to match with buyers, establish legitimacy, accept payments or even ship to their customers who are mostly in the US, UK and Europe. How does it work? ⚙️ Buyers are able to get on Fleek to discover verified wholesalers from around the world, and shop through either pre-made bundles or get on live video calls with suppliers. Buyers have access to Net 30 credit terms and have full buyer protection for orders they purchase through Fleek. Why are we doing this? 🚀 Hyper-consumerism and fast fashion suck.
