
I paid for my Fitnescity evaluation, scheduled my testing, then was notified shortly before my scheduled date that they had cancelled my appointment and rebooked me several weeks later during a time I was not available (without consulting me). When I asked for a refund I was told no. Customer service is extremly slow to respond. There is no phone number to call, so you have to rely on (very slow) email.
You should partner with gyms or trainers because I found out about it through my trainer. He really likes it.
