I have been on a weight loss journey for the past 4 years. I have tried several methods of losing weight, but nothing seemed to work. I tried fasting, but it didn't help. Then I tried starving myself and drinking a lot of water and exercising, but nothing worked. Finally, I decided to change my diet and start eating healthy foods instead of junk foods.
