@shelmith_wanjiru Hello, well for me it's the same and pretty much all my friends and work colleagues the same. That's why I said to myself, hey if I have a video meeting with someone maybe in Japan, Mali, France or New York at 7pm tonight and well I would have a hard time not connecting because if I do that I will participate in their demotivation and vice versa. And then it's nice I think to train with someone living on the other side of the world, it creates a cool thing in the head that makes the oon will be more and more regular in training. Our long-term goal is to invite known high-level athletes to do live training and users will be able to train by video with the athlete as well.

Let’s be honest — people around you probably ask how you stay so motivated all the time.
And maybe this sounds a bit idealistic…
But at FitAndView+, we truly believe this:

I would also say that sometimes you have to not listen to the part of yourself that only seeks comfort, good food, false well-being.
Sometimes you have to listen to the part of yourself that wants a little suffering, to "get out of your comfort zone" as we say in France, and that is not given to everyone unfortunately.
Human beings are often mistaken about what is good for them.

@peterbuch Hi, we created this application to remove borders, in our application you can invite any user to travel the world and see them in your living room training with you, you can invite 2 for the moment and train with 3. I assure you, try it and you will see the smile on your face and that of the people on the other side of the screen who come from another horizon, even if you do not speak the same language it is not important because sport is universal, we sweat together, we share the effort and the effort becomes cooler and more bearable.
This is my kind of thing. I walk a lot, but would love online classes
