-Height and Weight
-Fitness Target
-Fitness Level
-Equipments
-Training Days
-Daily Mobility
Moreover, FitAction asks user feedbacks after each training and re-design the plan continuously based on the user feedbacks.
FitAction contains healthy recipes for 16 different diet types : Vegetarian, Vegan, Low-Carbohydrate, Low Fat, Low Calorie, High Protein, High Fiber, Ketogenic, Pescatarian, Sugar Free, Lactose Free, Gluten Free and Detox. You can also filter the recipes based on Fast, Few-Ingredients, Easy or Baking.
