This can be a very useful tool! I like the approach of using standard customer satisfaction measures such as NPS, CSAT... but in a product that is friendly and accessible to small makers too.
Getting useful feedback is so underrated—and often, really hard. Feedbask looks like a thoughtful way to make that process easier and more productive for everyone involved. Big congrats to the team on building something that helps people grow
