Feedbask allows you to easily integrate a feedback widget on your website to collect user feedback, bug reports, feature requests, and customer reviews. Activate the ones you need, or all of them
👋 Hey Product Hunt! I’m super excited to share Feedbask with you today.
I built it because I kept launching products and struggling to collect useful feedback. Sending feedback requests by email is often annoying for users, and as a maker, you can’t do it every day.
Feedbask is always visible on your site, so your users can leave feedback when they’re ready, not when you interrupt them.
With Feedbask, I wanted something dead-simple:
➡️ Just a small widget on your site, where people can leave feedback, report bugs, or suggest features, when they feel the need.
➡️ No login, no friction.
➡️ Easy to set up: just one line of code.
➡️ Active all or part of the module on the widget
We’re still early, and I’d love your honest thoughts — good, bad, brutal — it all helps us improve.
If you have questions or want to try it, let me know!
Thanks for checking it out 🙏
This can be a very useful tool! I like the approach of using standard customer satisfaction measures such as NPS, CSAT... but in a product that is friendly and accessible to small makers too.
Getting useful feedback is so underrated—and often, really hard. Feedbask looks like a thoughtful way to make that process easier and more productive for everyone involved. Big congrats to the team on building something that helps people grow
