Hi there 👋, Henrikh here, co-founder of Feedback.one. My co-founder Shahen and I would love to answer a few important questions below. -------------------- Why did we build it? -------------------- Have you ever stumbled upon a website feature that didn't work? You’ve spent half an hour adding items to your cart, only to discover that the checkout is broken. Or maybe there was a functionality you wished your favorite website had, but there was no one to contact about it. Or an annoying tyypo that you just couldn’t unsee? What did you do in those moments? Did you close the tab in frustration or did you try to find the contact information hidden three pages deep to help resolve the issue? We’ve been there, and we’ve tried to help — dozens of times. But website owners don’t always make it easy. That’s why we built Feedback.one, a platform that helps website owners gather feedback from their users — quickly, securely, and for free. We’ve created a simple tool that can be integrated into any website in just seconds. It adds a small, unobtrusive button on the right side of the screen, patiently waiting for your users to share their insights with you. They can easily report issues, offer suggestions, point out typos, or ask questions. ------------------------ Why build another tool? ------------------------ Let’s be clear — we aren’t the first ones in town. Many companies have built similar tools before, to some extent successfully. So why are we building another one? There were a few reasons: - Startup founders shouldn’t have to pay $50/month for a "Basic" plan. - Many existing solutions provide a terrible user experience. - Some tools on the market were built with little to no focus on security. - We have a few innovative ideas that we believe will make a real difference (they’re not ready yet, but we’re working hard to ship them soon). According to YC, founders need to focus on just two things: building a product and talking to users. We would like to help you with the second one.

Simple solution that solves a critical problem! We are currently using intercom and its way too expensive. This looks like a good alternative. Looking forward it can over take hotjar and also summarize/prioritize incoming feedback.
