@brian_lovin Hi Brian, we built an open-source and fully free alternative :) We explored all the options out there when we wanted one, feedback fish design is really good but $20 per month for something so simple was a bit pricey, and other options like hotjar widget just doesn't look great. Since this is open-source you can fully customize it any way you like without any limits (cost, feature) and send in-app user data etc.
