This is the second product I've seen that's taking advantage of low-cost mobile hardware, paired w. relevant local content and cheap in-destination calling. Explora comes preloaded w. Taxi Magic (now Curb: http://www.producthunt.com/posts...) as well as a slew of apps to help uncover the city a traveler is visiting.
