Generally a good product but can also be a little too inflexible for some of our uses
I love BambooHR and highly recommend it. I only wish they had a browser plug-in for time tracking. Great tool for hiring, onboarding, and training new team members. We also use it to keep track of whos' out, and holidays we have as a company. Might do the payroll part in the future as well. Great program!
So much better than HR tools I've used in the past. The user experience is great!
It's good but far from ideal. How many times I heard from HR, "bamboo is not allowing us to ..." or "it's a bug from bamboo" So yeah keep on improving.
