eWebinar automates the tedious task of giving the same webinar over and over by combining pre-recorded video with live chat and pre-set interactions to deliver an engaging experience for attendees — as often as you wish and without you having to be there.
The CEO must be thick...
Customer service is absymal, loads of extra costs, platform UX/UI is frumpy and why are there no other reviews... suspect. Bad experience. cancelled my sub in the middle of webinars.
👋 Hey there! I’m Melissa, Cofounder and CEO of eWebinar.
If you weren’t familiar with webinars before 2020, I’m guessing you’ve heard of them by now. In today’s world, they’ve become necessary to operate and grow a business. The problem with hosting webinars is that it’s time-consuming, exhausting, and can eat up all of your resources, especially if you have a small team.
eWebinar is an automated webinar solution that combines pre-recorded video with live chat and real-time interactions to consistently deliver an engaging experience for attendees, without you needing to be there. 🤖 🧑🏫 🎥
We save you from doing the same presentation over and over by letting you turn any video into an interactive webinar and set it on a recurring schedule. 🔄
Why I created eWebinar:
eWebinar is a product I wish existed four years ago when my previous SaaS company was starting to gain traction. Our team was super small and I was the only person responsible for sales, marketing, and customer success. I personally lived the pain of having to host the same live webinars over and over again in order to maintain and grow our revenue. 😰
I soon came to realize this problem was not unique to us. Friends from different industries told me they experienced it daily as they tried to grow their own businesses. Like me:
🎩 They wished they could be in ten places at once.
🏃🏼♂️ They wished they could host a thousand webinars without getting burnt out.
💎 They wished they could deliver a high quality experience for their customers every time.
🙀 They wished they didn’t feel constantly overwhelmed!
Freedom is my #1 priority in life. I spent two and a half years traveling the world as a digital nomad. 🛫 Building a product that would give people back their time so they could do all the things they love and enjoy life is incredibly exciting and personal to me. ❤️
🤩 Which is why I am so thrilled to share eWebinar with you.

Question about the pricing model.
Is the "published webinar" a per month item or a running total? Also, do we have the capability of having multiple webinars with only selected ones published, so controlling the costs?
Thanks. Looks awesome!
@new_user_1873203600 Hi Jack! A published webinar is a UNIQUE published one. So once it's published, you schedule as many sessions as you want and there is no limit on attendees. And yes, you can unpublish something and it stays in your draft so it doesn't sound towards that month's budget. You always pay as you go :)
@new_user_1873203600@melissa_kwan Thanks Melissa. Is it a per month publication model or not? If I publish a webinar in November and another in December, so that there are two published webinars, am I at level 1 or level 2?
@new_user_1873203600 Great question, we created a fair pricing model because we believe you should only pay for what you use. As you up and down levels, your account will be credited or charged pro-rated based on what you do. So if you down a level mid month, we credit you immediately for 15 days you already paid to be used for next month. If you up a level mid month, we pro-rate charge you for the remainder number of days for that month. Everything is automatically adjusted so you pay for what you use :) We never charge you without you confirming in-platform
@new_user_1873203600@melissa_kwan Melissa, you keep not answering the question I am asking. Hopefully, it's because I am not clear. Is the payment based on the total published webinars in the account or on the number of published webinars created in a month? If I create and publish a webinar in November and another in December, so that there are 2 published webinars in the account, is that level 1 (1 webinar published per month) or level 2 (2-5 published webinars total)?
@new_user_1873203600 Ahh, ok. So your level is dependent on the number of published webinars you have at a given POINT IN TIME. Not month. So if you have 1, level 1. If you publish another, you go to level 2 the moment that the 2nd one is published. If you unpublish one the day after, you're back at level 1. You account will pro-rate and get credited accordingly down to the minute.
