EspoCRM is a great tool if you're looking for a simple, open-source solution. I’ve been using it for a while, and what I particularly like about it is how customizable it is. You can adjust the layouts, menu, and entities to fit your business processes through the UI. The interface is easy to navigate, so your team will not need lots of time to learn how to use it. We use it to handle contact management, track deals, send mass emails and automate workflows. Another big advantage for us is how easily it integrates with other apps. Integrations with email, Google contacts and calendars, and VoIP services were really smooth. And since it offers API, you can create custom integrations if needed.
