When I saw this I thought to myself "I hope it gives suggestions on what to do on breaks" - happy to see that it does. UI looks great too. More than just body movements would be cool, like 'Call a friend'. Good for wellness.
I work in the programming area and I have been using Pomodoro technique for while. It does help me increase my productivity. However, during Pomodoro short break sometimes I don't know what to do and I think it will be good if we can perform some short stretches or exercises during the Pomodoro break time. Therefore, I decided to create the Ergonomic Pomodoro Timer App which have guideline for short stretch and exercise to follow such as neck, hand and eyes exercise. The app is completely free to use.
It's still in the early state. Any suggestions and comments are much appreciated.
