1. You have a plot of land in Corfu, Greece?
2. How do you verify planted trees?
3. How do you ensure trees are protected and don't get burnt or somehow destroyed ?

I am going to add a page to the website which will describe how the trees.org process works. Tldr;
Trees for the Future utilizes the Forest Garden Approach, combining agroforestry and sustainable farming to enrich land and diversify crops. They train farmers in this method over four years, providing necessary training, seeds, tools, and materials. Planting a tree costs $0.35, covering all associated training and resources.
1. Yes, I own a plot in Corfu! This is a meaningful place to me as it's where I first went on holiday with my partner, so I have fond memories of it. It's named "look_daddy_crabs" as we remember a young girl being extremely excited to find hermit crabs on the beach and shouting her dad over to look!
2. As mentioned above, the donation to TREES doesn't necessarily translate to one actual tree, so there isn't any sort of certificate for example. But there is a record of each donation made per Plot purchased & renewed.
3. Again this responsibility depends on practices implemented by TREES. They have been responsible for planting over 344 million trees, so they know what they're doing!
