Congrats team! Great product and extremely important for employer's today. Have you considered pre-made report templates that automatically track performance across pre-defined metrics that are held constant across different companies (i.e., across different companies vs. within groups of the same company)? Standardizing could be helpful to compare across different organizations for potential investors, especially as ESG guidelines and reporting becomes more formalized.
@robxhe24 thanks!! this is an amazing idea - one of the next big challenges is to create cross company benchmarks and start to standardize so companies can truly evaluate themselves. The biggest issue is the reluctance of companies to share data that isn't "perfect" to the public so there needs to be an opt-in. We're working on something big here so stay tuned ;-)
