@hellodusko good question! Each country in EU has different rules but there are two that usually apply everywhere: 1. If the house has wheels, you don't need a permit because it's consider as a vehicle even it looks like a house 2. Unless the house is not technically connected with the ground (= you can remove/transport it anytime), permit is not required However, you should ask your local authorities because it really depends...
