A simple design tool combining emojis and modern aesthetics. Create fun engaging visuals in seconds. Grow your social media, express your company culture, standout and most importantly have fun!
Hi π I'm Michael and I built emojination.
The initial idea came to me when we were trying to hire for our previous startup. I wanted our job post to standout so we can find great engineers to join.
I opened photoshop and stumbled through it. Finally, I created a simple graphic
π + πΊ = π₯° , a message that said we are hiring and our company logo.
π = Ruby Developer
πΊ = Our startup was helping Alcohol sellers & buyers
π₯° = We appreciate and love both. If you do too, you should apply
A year later, when I was creating an online course teaching how to build a search engine I've used emojis again. π + π = π¨βπ
Finally, I decided to create a simple tool to easily create such graphics. There are countless uses for emojis to express anything you want, I even used it for business analysis documents π.
It is still early days and there are a lot of features & improvements planned.
Give it a try, and please share your feedback below π or DM me on twitter: @yagudaev.
Cheers,
Michael πΊ
@shashcoffe Thanks Alexey β€οΈ. Can't wait to get back into production mode after gathering all the excellent feedback here. Might pick your brain on it, you seem great at asking question and getting customer feedback
@michael_yagudaev Michael, I really like the idea. ππ₯ Often I donβt have a visual for my texting tweets, and thatβs the solution!
I want to test your pictures with emojis in my short posts and tweets.
If you want to ask me more - I'm open to hopping on a Zoom call with you. Just let me know when you need me.
The templates idea is great; I'd say the easiest thing to do would be to offer users category-based selections (ie. Events, feature, new recruits) and maybe enable them to add background photos (you can use the imgbb API, it's free).
A more complex but not 'too' complex solution would be to allow users the flexibility of moving things around, like you do on an instagram post/story; say start with a template, then allow them to put the text in the corner (as an example).
I bet there's much more you could do, but these are the low handing fruits I can think of :)
And again, best of luck @michael_yagudaev! π€
