We sync recordings from your meetings account (Zoom, G-meet) via their respective APIs.
Post that, we use NLP and AI over the recordings to find churn indications, upsell opportunities, product feature requests, etc.
CS teams can also share share these recordings with product teams, solutioning teams or anyone in the company.
