Edifius’ product named Simba, is a no-code web platform for non-techie business people to build their own call center equipped with a voice assistant to answer their business phones 24x7x365.
Hey Hunters!
Perla here, CEO of Edifius. Simba is our voice assistant builder that helps businesses free up their time from answering their business phones.
In essence, we are building Google Duplex for customer service with an easy UI to help any business get started with a voice assistant within an hour, not months or years.
The idea of Simba came from my son, Adrian, who is the CTO of the company, after a really, really bad experience with customer phone support. He told me, "I waited 45 minutes for an answer to a simple question. I could build a voice bot that could have answered my call in a minute!" And, we built exactly that!
We've been working non-stop since the conversation about 1 year ago. We both have had to pick up some special skills and knowledge along the way to make Simba a reality.
Adrian spent countless hours learning machine learning, creating and designing the cloud architecture to make the solution scalable and making a simple user interface for a very complicated solution. By the way, Adrian is the sole developer for our product. I've had to learn a whole lot of CSS and React to pitch in on the product while holding down the fort for business development, funding raising, and all that other business stuff.
We challenged ourselves to design a no-code solution that could be configured by a non-techie business person.
We hope you enjoy learning about Simba and really look forward to your feedback!
We'll be around all day to answer questions.
@perlafay This is incredible!!! Thank you for sharing your innovative mind with the world!!! We Tha Plug supports you and will continue to push this product out to the world!!!
I can see this product allowing a small business to save money on manpower. It also will allow the employees of a company to be used for higher priority tasks and not just answer Customer Service questions on the phone all day. Increased Efficiency and Decreased Overhead = Larger chance of survival for a small business.
@bobby_patterson, yes! Appreciate your insight. This is our hope. Small businesses make up 98% of businesses in the US, so they are critical for the economic stability of our nation. However, they fail at an alarming rate. We hope to help change this narrative.
