We created EasyCalendar almost a year ago to create a powerful yet easy to use scheduling solution - something that allows us to schedule meetings/calls, manage contacts that scheduled calls with us (can be prospects, leads, partners, VCs, Angels, hiring candidates, etc) and automate our workflows around these meetings. In last 12 months, thanks to word of mouth, we onboarded over 10,000 professionals who use EasyCalendar on daily basis. Over 30% of the users are using EasyCalendar for sales call scheduling and to automate processes around these scheduled calls (by automation I mean - triggering texts, sending call link before a call or populating CRM etc). We have been getting a lot of requests from our "Sales Usecase" users to deflect prospects to an instant meeting in case they are available at the time to take a call. The logic was that - the lead is extremely warm at that time and instead of making the lead to wait for the scheduled call (and resulting in 40% no-shows), it is better to jump on a call right away (as per the availability of the agent) and close the deal there itself. This gave birth to Instant Meeting at EasyCalendar. How it works? Step 0: You have an EasyCalendar appointment scheduling link shared with your prospect or on your website (this is similar to the Calendly link - just a bit better & powerful in features with shorter & cooler link :D ) Step 1: Prospect fills the form during the appointment scheduling process Step 2: EasyCalendar checks the current availability of the assigned agent and shows the available options to connect. (Google Meet or Zoom or both) Step 3: Once the prospect or customer (in case you are using the scheduler for customer support or success) selects an option to connect, and on accepting an acknowledgment by an agent, a common meeting link is shared with both parties.
