I'm Andrew, founder of Drumcircle.
I spent the last few years as an early engineering leader at Calendly helping grow and shape the organization through their amazing journey. A huge part of my energy and focus was on partnering with our amazing and lean recruiting team to build out our recruiting process to attract the most talented people.
One of the challenges we often faced was how to provide a great candidate experience that stood out from the crowd. A great candidate experience both improved our employer branding and also setup each amazing candidate for success!
It was always a struggle to make sure that candidates had all the relevant information and details at the right time for them to be engaged, confident and prepared every step of the way.
Coming out of that experience, I founded Drumcircle to fill that gap by providing each candidate with an interactive interview guide that can bring together all of the information, files, interview invites, etc to a single hub.
