What is Dragons and Deadlines?
We 1) Create avatars for every employee 2) Interpret all events from JIRA, BitBucket, GitHub, etc. as avatar actions 3) Measure HR KPI metrics 4) Reward employees with Rare items, in-game Perks, Achievements and real world stuff (free pizza, day-offs, etc.)
