@raulrocawabe Hello Raul, unfortunately the initial releases where only focused on 10.13. I have since enabled capability to work on 10.12 locally but I am yet to finish installing 10.12.x on a virtual machine to just test it. Let me crack on with that this evening, ill drop you a quick note when I am have an update :) Thanks for your patience.
@raulrocawabe Thank you. Raul I have finished testing the app on 10.12, I have just submitted a release to Apple. I will give you a shout when it's approved and released. Apple are typically fast at this at the minute, usually happening over night :)
Just purchased and using. Question: any future plans to add a log feature to keep track of down speeds over time? It would be a kick-ass yet small feature. Heck, even if it just wrote to simple .log text file would be great. Thanks for the product!
@captmacsparrow Hey Mac. Thanks for the feedback and thanks for purchasing, you aren't the first to make this suggestion and something I think could be quite valuable.
I'll have a think how best to manage it and get something together. Keep an eye for updates. :) All the best, Lee
This is a cool idea @theiosdude!
Did you build the app with Electron, or is it fully native? Just asking because I know some Electron apps can be pretty resource intensive and this app constantly runs in the background, correct?
@latecreative1 Hey, thanks Evan. The app is fully native, built in Swift with Xcode. Idle, this app does little to nothing. If you have a timer set to auto-refresh your current speed then its just a timer actively running. Equally I am always actively listening out to connection changes using Apple's frameworks, so no third party implementations here either :)
