Dividify is an ultralight task management and prioritization solution. It is easy to use to plan your day, but has the capability to manage complex work, and everything can be done with just a few clicks.
Dividify is based on a system that I started developing in the summer of 2021, when I graduated undergrad and began working as a project manager in the construction industry.
The project management software I had access to was awful and nobody used it thoroughly, and simple list apps couldn't keep up with building a house and managing my life outside of work.
I built Dividify to be useful at any level of complexity demanded, with as minimal time and input (clicks) as possible.

Q: What does it do better than Trello? Why should I care to switch?
A:
Thanks for asking!
It is quite different than Trello in the sense that it operates on extremely minimalist level. So, there isn't a team component, or different boards, cards, or views, it consolidates everything from your life (your blocks) into "All," sorted by the algorithm to prioritize for you, and then you use the workspace to pluck items onto your dashboard to focus.
Each block then has its own page where you can add sub-blocks and notes to break things down infinitely (these also end up on All & Workspace).
It is so easy there is no set-up and no real on-boarding, and then multi-edit and search features mean there is no time spent reorganizing or combing around.
